Our overall experience was great! I inquired about the Stack Box Slide in March for an event starting in November. Through all of those months, Mike was very responsive and always willing to hop on a call to chat through any questions we had. We consider him part of the Bulls family! Advertising having the slide at our event really posted our pre-sale tickets and helped increase attendance at the event. It’s a unique attraction that you don’t get to experience every day.
We are extremely pleased with the level of service we received from the AIE team. From the initial planning stages with Mike in sales, to the team that was on the ground installing/breaking down (huge shout out to Bobby and Jason!). We truly couldn’t have asked for a more supportive group! The lighting package transformed the slide completely and is a necessity for evening sledding!
Working with Artificial Ice Events was terrific everything was communicated quickly and smoothly and the slide was a huge hit! The slide was extremely popular and brought people into the event. Guests were even willing to wait in line in the winter for the slide, which indicates its popularity! Installation, breakdown, and operation of the slide were all very easy.
Artificial Ice provided very clear training for the operators. kudos to Mike Lawton who always communicated very quickly and made things so easy. We hope to bring the Stack Box Slide back for future events as it was great working with the team and the product was a hit and assisted in the success of our event.
